this first time I received the spanish lady - the number showed up as "unknown" and I made the mistake of answering it... I have since, tried to call the number back - and got a recording "this number is unallocated". Tried several combinations between 612-977-2300 thru 612-977-2323 and received the same voice recording, "this number is unallocated". If they keep calling I'm going to find a way to make them pay me back for the "lost" time!
