I picked up - but get no one to speak - after many attempts at saying "hello" - no response - anyone else out there getting these types of calls from this number ?

Yes, today; picked up for a split second, enough to stop the call, and put the phone back down again.

Showed up on the call display as "United Public-" - what's that?  Publications, Publicity?  Who cares!

i just got a call from that number and shows united publicat no clue what its about either
