its a company called strategic communications that does poling for political parties

calls several times a day-leaves no message-I DO NOT want further calls from this number UNLESS they can leave a message- VERY irritating

calls my cell, leaves no message

I did not pick up because I don't know the number. Hung up in message box. I think it is a political campaign. Likely NDP.

I called the number back and they said: "You have reached Strategic Communications" - likely a polling company.
