I returned the call at  this number and it was answered 'Heart and Stroke' is this correct?.

I called back, and a recorded message said 'Heart and Stroke Foundation'

I just got a call from this number. Based on the comments above, I might have picked up if the name was displayed. Perhaps legitimate charities might be encouraged to ensure their name is displayed when they call. They might have more luck with donations.
