called  this  afternoon  6:08pm  (  est  ).........

calls  and  hangs  up...no  msg  etc......

call display   says  " unknown  name"   .............clearly a  cell phone........


attempt  to   call  back   returns  nothing........just  a bunch  of  strange  "  clicking  noises "...........
( classifying  as  a  fraud  scammer /   prank  call for  now  )
