Missed a call today from this #.  When I attempted to call back twice, a recording indicated that "Overseas calling is not available with this account, and to call 611 and speak with a CSR to have this enabled".  That said, I'm wondering if this was a 'foreign' # using the 613-261-2305 for display, or, perhaps a calling card service?
