It's very irritating to receive a call and then find one cannot call and see who called!  To try with this number one gets nowhere.  With the help of the operator, customer service and the Bell Complaints Executive Office.  I seems to have come from Kingston but that's the only info I have.  And I am on the "No Call" list!
