It's a robo call claiming to be from Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) threatening to put a lean on your assets due to 'your financial deficiencies' and if you do not call back within 24 hours, you're liable for all legal costs and proceedings. It's meant to scare you even if you do not have any outstanding debts. They're full of [***]. Apparently when you call the number, they ask you for personal information, including banking info.CRA would not ask for any of this over the phone.
