This number has called me once a week for the last six months. They leave a message on the answering machine. Usually it is a man's voice with an Eastern European accent threatening me from the CRA.   Obviously whoever is running the scam doesn't think the people they're phoning are smart enough to realize that the CRA would contact people in writing via mail before they would ever contact you by phone. Today it was a woman's voice threatening to take legal action. When I called back the number it is not in service. Big time scammers with no conscience.
