Got a text from this number saying my Desjardin account has been temporarily blocked !

I got a text from this number saying my CIBC account has been temporarily blocked... I have no CIBC account. -.-'

My bank account has been suspended blah blah blah ....SCAM. Sent by text.

A text saying "Canada Revenue Agency would like to update your information to credit you a balance of 499.95. Please fill out this page" and they attached a link looking very similar to the real CRA website, except the web address itself is sketchy "tortueteam.free.fr"
