Called to sell me on duct cleaning. I politely told him that I have hydronic heat (hot water rads), and the guy hung up on me! Nice way of promoting your company, hang up on people's faces! The funny thing is that I'm a home inspector, and I inspect about 400 homes per year, and clients are always asking me for referrals. If this guy would've behaved like a human, I could've spread his company's name around to my clients. Definitely won't now that I know what their customer service is like!
They have called me for the last 3 years . I keep telling him or her I DO NOT NEED OR WANT THEIR SERVICES . I tell them to take my number off their list .
What can I do to stop them from calling ???
Duct cleaning service. The guy who called had an East Indian accent. I politely told him that they already called last week and that I was on the "Do not call list". He apologized and I said no worries. He went on to ask if I could do him I favour, to which I replied what would you like. He asked "can you suck my c*!k" and hung up.
I have never posted on these types of sites before but I do hope this gets back to the employer so that this person is identified and reprimanded (fired!).
