Who called from 6134548023

I got a call. No message was left. The call came in as unknown.
They keep phoning. Whenever we pick up no one is on the other line.

I keep getting calls from that number as well.  I think they phone around 10 times today already.

Who ever is calling Knows first name of people living at the house.  
Keep calling serveral times per day and leave no message.

Who is calling?  Received a call from 613-454-8023. Just got a call and asked for Steve by name - a young sounding female voice. I asked to take a message and she said "no I'll call back later".
