Some moron called my private work cell phone with a hidden/automated voice claiming ive frauded the government lol. Because when you owe the CRA money they have difficulty finding you and can't send mail first? If anyone believes any of these calls you really gotta check that paranoia. These companies are retarded. If you are an illegal immigrant or have frauded the government they will find you and it won't be with unknown name/numbers and creepy messages. It will be several letters and then a polite bailiff handing you a subpoena for court. Don't panic!

Hello ! Yes it is fraud. They call me and told what I owe $000 for mistake with tax return. And give me chance pay this money or police will arrest me. Relax guys it is only Fraud !!!
Received a call from 613-455-6382 two days back with avoice mail at my work number. I called them back and came to know that I owe money to CRA. This Guy named Marcus Brown ID:DJ9194 gave me case number and asked if I want to settle debt outside of court or Police will arrest me. I asked him if he is from CRA, and provide me my information and he failed to do so. To best of my knowledge, CRA send you a letter first and asked you to contact them...
I have had several dealings with CRA through my business and I have always received a voicemail from A: a human being identifying his or herself and B: a 1-800 number to contact them. Not some garbled computerized voice threatening me. And as I have been truthful on my tax returns, this can only be a scam. I also searched this number and it does not show up on any Federal listings that I could find. They are are all 1-800 numbers. I wouldn't panic.
