Who called from 6134658855

This phone keeps calling offering "duct cleaning services", even though  I have asked multiple times to remove my number from their calling list.

The person calling has a 'fake' accent, and it seems there is laughing in the background.

First thing they say when I answer the call is:  "Can I speak to the owner of the phone?" then they offer their duct cleaning services, which I've told them multiple times, I am not interested, and asked them to take my number down from their list.

Called here, no message.  

We are getting a lot of similar phone calls from other numbers reported to be duct cleaners in the 613-kingston area.  Spoofing of these numbers?

This number keeps calling constantly. They keep offering 'duct cleaning services". I keep asking them to remove my number from their 'list'.

They keep calling me as well. To the point where I've actually threatened to file harrasment complaints against them.

It's like a big party going on in the background. Definitly a scam; legitimate bussinesses don't block the name of their company from caller id.

This JERK calls a couple of times each & every day from multiple phone numbers which I have written down.  Why, I don't know.  Today he got me ........ The phone rang the 3 rings which means long distance but it was a 613 number which is Ottawa where I live so I took the phone.   It was HIM !!!!!!!   I screamed into the phone things that I can't write here, now that I have read the fine print.   Placing your number on the DNC Do Not Call list means nothing, nothing, nothing.   I don't know for sure why it doesn't make any difference but it must have something to do with him using over 12 different numbers.   Sometimes it is Vancouver.  Sometimes it is Toronto plus many other places.   How can we stop this IDIOT?    Can't we come up with someway to stop this harrassment?    He has been reported many, many times but he still gets away with calling.   He even calls on Sunday evenings.    Please people, let's help each other.   Think !!!!    He has to be stopped.   It is to a point that I never answer my phone anymore.   Can anyone out there help us?
