Guy with horribly difficult to understand English says, "I'm with Windows" and that he was calling about difficulty I was having with my computer .. wanted to know if I was running windows .. wanted me to turn on my computer ...and it seems to have totally confused him when I said I had several of them. I told him I didn't believe he was with Microsoft, said "bye" and hanged up.

Same, horrible accent. Told me Chinese hacked my computer and told me to go into event viewer. I accused him of being chinese as he has a chinese sounding accent. Name was jack with Windows. I wasted 20 minutes of his time till he hung up. I am level 3 engineer of 25+ yrs experience with fortune 100 company and former Microsoft contractor during 90's. So stupid it was funny. Said my computer hacked and was sending out 'signals'. Wanted remote control to "fix" my urgent malicious problem. Idiot.
