I got a call from these people today. I told them I wanted my name removed from their call list and was told they weren't part of the Do Not Call program. I said I didn't care, I just wanted my name off of their list. She said then I would have to talk to her supervisor. I said I would be happy to do that and the caller hung up on me. How do you get off their list then???

If they are a non-profit they are not required to conform to the DNCL. I do believe that they are, however, required to maintain their own Do No Call List of people who have requested not to be called.
