Receive calls from this number several times a week.  I seldom answer, but when I do, the line is silent.

Another call from this number today. Never anyone there...robo telemarketing I guess.

Called back and vm for 1310 news in Ottawa.  Maybe doing a poll?

Call most days around 5:00pm. Haven't answered, but as a return call they answer as "1310 news."  Very annoying and have now blocked their phone number.
