I missed two calls on my cell phone. The Caller ID for the first call reads +61350376532. I have never seen a "+" before a telephone number before. What does "+" signify? Within 1 minute of missing this call, a second call came which showed "Unknown" in the Caller ID... This is weird!!! I wonder how someone got my cell number! I am going to contact my cell provider to see if they can shed light on this!!!
