Phoned RBC Visa and they said this was a scam. Wanted to lower my credit card rating significantly for life. they called themselves Credit Card Services
I just received a call from this company. Indian accent. He seemed very polite said his name was Steve and wanted to lower my visa interest rates. I looked up the number right away saw this and told him I believed it was a scam. He got extremely volitile told me to shut up and cursed at me before he hung up. Chalk up one for the little guy:-)

Please give us the full details. I really doubt that survey companies will lower one's interest rate. Also, the name "Visa Card Services" is too generic.

If you are experiencing financial difficulties, YOU can contact your card issuer, and discuss lowering interest rates. You do not need a third party to do that for you.
