Did not identify where they were calling from (message on answering machine) but claimed they had a file on me and if I did not call them back immediately I would be arrested.  There is NO reason anyone could have a file of this sort.

yes they just called saying I was being sued..... told them I called the police and hung up and blocked the number,

The exact same thing happened to me. A robotic message said there was a file against me and if I did not call back I would be arrested!

I got a call saying I must call them back. They claim its the Revenue Agency and if I don't call  back, the police will arrest me. :)
