Moved from 705 243 9539 to 613 519 5214. Some guy with an accent says CRA has a lawsuit against us for tax fraud - total BS as CRA would have contacted by snail mail. Hope somebody can track these guys down and bust them.

Same thing for me, I called the number after receiving a call from apparently CRA about tax fraud. I got a message that all agents where busy, so after I hung up I received a returned call from my caller ID. The person ask for my name which I did not give and he said he will get my file? At this point I knew it was very suspicious because all he knew was my number and he wanted to know if it was my home number.
THIS IS A SCAM, I DON'T KNOW THEIR ENDGAME, BUT DO NOT GET SUCK INTO THIS. JUST HANG UP ON HIM!
