Received a call from WOR Assoc Inc (shown on call display).  Woman was rather rude and vague about the "charitable" military project, but did give the website address.  First, charities aren't an "Inc", that's a for profit company.  Pure and simple.  Second, anyone can build a website and have a press conference.
