Got the call similar to last week from California. "Legal action will be taken against me if I don't call the hot line." I knew immediately that it was a scam. CRA and I are good friends because I am on good financial footing with them. Can you imagine my mother-in-law or another older person getting this call and how upsetting it would be...not to mention the $$ they might loose.
he had all my info. threatened me and my assets, credit cards, 5 years in prison,$33,000 in court expense ,my cars, bank accounts, said I owe $4200 ???? Duh What a dummy I am.
