This is a company conducting phone surveys.

This is a fax machine. Not sure if they are spamming me or what since I don't have a fax machine on my end.

This is a fax machine.  My Cell phone number had been a fax machine before I got it.

Music playing, no one said anything then hung up. I tried calling it back, I got "we are sorry, the number dialed is not in service"...

Received a call today but the phone rang once and then went dead.  I dialled back and only get a ring tone - the phone does not actually ring!
