have repeatedly gotten calls from this number with dead air on the line after picking up.  I usually hang up straight after such calls.

Same thing although I never answer... Damn I wish they'd stop calling!

OFCP Pickup is for Cerebral Palsey Foundation used clothing pickups. Maybe their phone system is haywire.
