Left a voicemail to call back, turned out to be a general contractor looking to give estimates on renovation jobs.  Not exactly a spammer or illegal but I don't generally do business with people "looking" for jobs.  The name he gave was Jim McKenzie.  He also left a different number than the one he called from (613-608-1978) which was probably his cell, which sounded horrible and cut out a lot.
