Who called from 6136273093

Started calling here 3 days ago - a couple of times a day.  Have not left a message and nothing on web so telemarketer or scam.

Have been getting calls, twice a day for a few days, no voice message.

They have been calling, not stop, for the last few days. I finally answered, to see who it was. It is the Arthritis Association, using a new number. I have now blocked the number. Their last number for them, I had blocked, for over three years before they finally stopped calling.

FIrst time called here no message.  Websearch indicates potentially Arthritis Foundation calling

W have a land line through Cogeco. Can I block them?  I don't think I have that feature, or if it's even offered.
