Who called from 6136273720

This number calls virtually every day.  One day I picked up the phone but there was not a sound.  I didn't say anything.  Eventually it hung up.  Sounds like a robot caller.  So I simply ignore.  Never a message left and sometimes the name shows as unknown or as simply the number.  My guess a spammer.

I refuse to answer these calls double numbers  . stop calling and bugging us .

I blocked them a long time ago but they still phone 1-2 times daily...they're probably from some village who lost their village idiots.
