Just received this one as well..  callerid says Globility Comm..  I'm going to guess it's 'Globility Communications', and perhaps an outbound dialing service..

hung up after 1s on the voicemail.

Same scam, same time of day, over and over. They won't stop calling.

so do something about it.  the CRTC is a good place  to start
