I too, have received a call from this number. Call Display further shows the numbers 1-100-102-8849, for which I can find no 'reverse directory' reference. In either case, when I call the 613...number, I'm told there is a problem in completing my call.
I have reported this number to our Government Telephone security people.
Reverse look up shows phone registered to Mohammed Zuru in Ottawa.
Zuru is a district in Nigeria,so it may have some Nigerian connection.
I,too received several calls from the number in question,no messages were ever left.I simply blocked the number so we will not be bothered.
