The person that called said they were from CSIS and they were investigating the Reader's Digest Sweepstakes that my mother should have won but the funds were shipped to a Caymen Island Bank account and that they had the shysters under arrest. I was not to speak to family, friends, local, provincial police or the RCMP for fear of compromising the investigation and that if I did I would be arrest for obstruction of justice.
Someone who I met online would call me from this number so I assumed it was a calling card number. He would call from Toronto area. He's is psycho and scares the hell out of me and I don't know how to block this number from my phone.
This number appears every time I receive a long distance call from a friend who is using a prepaid card. I guess this is just the phone number from the company selling those cards.
