Calls my wifes cell #, here in BC?? - Seems to be a fax machine at other end.  THe anoying part is that it calls @5:30am our time

Oh God, this Kerry W Small has been faxing me for over a year.  The numbers vary by one or two digits each time but are always Kerry W Small.  I am faxed on my home number at all hours of the day and night.  I have tried to use call block but they just change the number and now my call block is full - all with Kerry W Small's listings.  I called telus and they suggested I put my name on the do not call list and if this does not work to either change my number or pursue charges of harassment against this person/business.

ARGH!!!

Has it stopped? and who is this Kerry w Small????  That number is also calling us in Alaska at all hour....HELP
