Called me several times saying they wanted to refund $215 to my bank account for computer repair services I had paid for. Said they're company was going out of business and needed to refund their customers. When I asked them to send me a check they said they would only do a bank transfer. I'm sure the transfer was going to go a different direction than they told me.
Seems to be from these jerks. Both numbers respond with a busy signal.

Just called my cell. I didn't recognize the number, so I didn't answer. They left a voicemail, which started about halfway through their recording re: debt consolidation. The message instructed to press one to take advantage of their offer, or press two to be removed from their calling list. I obviously didn't do either, since it was a voicemail, but I wouldn't have done it even if I had been live on the phone.
