Call at 1550 hours.  Considerable static in background and accent of individual made it very difficult to understand purpose of the call.

This company does not really exist. They have called me four times in the course of one hour.  There is a lot of static on the line and the voice of the man who calls has a strong accent and keeps cutting out.
