I blocked the number but it still comes through every day? Sometimes it has a local ring and sometimes it has a long distance ring... how are they by passing the block? I tried to re-block it but my service says that number is already blocked. ???
Received a call one day and when I answered, they hung up. The next day, another call from that number, this time a man's voice asked for my wife, when he talk to my wife, he said he was raising funds for the Fire Department, we assumed for a good cause. When my wife said we cannot help, he hung up. Why did they hung up the first day when I answered, and called the next, and asked for my wife ... by her first name? Our number is not even listed. Very fishy! If not fraud, if not spying, our number was sold to marketers and fund raisers, with names and what other personal info. We cannot trust anyone these days.
We get a call from this number three times a day now, even though we've never picked up. They seem to change the hour of the calls each day, but still three times a day! Blocking works, but wonder if they then use a different number. Time will tell.
