Keep getting a fax sound when I pick up.

I am getting a lot of calls from the a/m number which seems like a fax machine.  It has been going on for some time now and it is getting very annoying especially when it happens late at night or very early in the morning.

I switched my unlisted phone number on 30 March and have had at least one call from this number every single day since!
