i cannot believe that i answered all of the questions asked.  I was told the company name was Bills Debt - spoke with Jonathan Parker and Glen Marks

BEWARE!!! This cimpany is a scam. Do not five them your information. I verified with my credit card company that it is not possible for any outside company to lower your percentage rates. This company will charge your credit card a huge fee and not do anything to help you. They seem to be able to accurately tell you your card limit (i'm not sure how) but that does not mean they are legit.
