I also had a call from this number. . .didn't give him any information. . .he didn't know my name or anything and was trying to ask me question. I am grateful to have found this thread. He said I was being investigated for tax fraud from 2009 to 2012 then changed the date later on to 2009 to 2014.
This number called me twice this week, claiming to be Scotia Loans. They were saying that I've been approved for a loan. Thing is , I did not apply for anything! This thing a scam.
call from 613-703-9847 stating they were from revenue Canada and that I was being investigated for tax fraud and that I need to call them with my lawyer.
I was called by this number and told that I was being investigated by Revenu Canada for tax fraud from an automated message. When I called him back, he told me his name was Mark Cooper badge number 42205, that I was gonna be investigated and that I needed to get a lawyer. The call cut after 1 min of talking to the guy and I think he figured I was suspicious about the hole thing. So when I called back, he never answered.

I also got a call from this number. They said I am being investigated for tax fraud and I will be contacted in 45 minutes. They said that they need to speak to my lawyer.
