The phone call was about energy efficiency inspection in my neighbourhood to determine if I was eligible for a rebate. The caller did not want to identify himself.
Energy efficient survey wanted to know if I was the owner of the house, said no, wanted to know if owner was available, said no, hung up. Call centre scam as you could hear many people in background pitching the same spiel.
