Yes, just rec'd a call from this number and it is still a credit card provider's number.

It's MBNA.  They left a toll-free 1-800 number but the call came from 613-742-4800.

This number calld claiming a fraudulent transaction on a credit card but did not have the correct last 4 digits on the credit card.
