Be careful dealing with these guys - they're definitely shady.
I went in to buy a laptop for my son, chose a decent model, but there was no operating system installed yet. They said, come back in half hour, it'll be ready. Two hours later, it's still not ready, I was told that the technician was experiencing some problems, could we come back tomorrow?
Next day late morning, it's still not ready, they said it'll be ready later in the afternoon.
When we finally got there, it wasn't even the same computer that I chose the night before - this one was a dirty, damaged piece of junk with only 1GB that they were trying to sell for $300! When I pointed out that it wasn't the same computer that I chose and agreed to buy the night before, the owner was upset and refused to show me anything else - after he tried ripping me off with a total "bait-and-switch" scam.
