I got a call from this number from someone asking for my mother, who had passed away over a year ago, and they said they were the Security Department of the Chase Bank. Yeah, right.
This actually is the Security dept of Chase bank, my buddy works there. They investigate fraud on your credit card. Your Sears card is run by chase bank. They're calling you because there's potential fraud on your account.
