A dummy number is sometimes provided to make the call seem more realistic. Their next hope would be you'll be there to take the call manually should they strike again. They try and make it urgent with absurdity so you'll want to respond out of fear. Instead, do NOT respond in any way, in fact try keeping them from leaving messages if you can, and force "Craig Williams" to move along.
