A certain Steve Ray called today for that same reasons cited in this site. I felt very bad for some time and tried to figure out and got really mad at this whole thing.
This is number is linked to a telephone tax fraud scam. voicemail left is threatening legal action if debt/outstanding taxes not paid. Not a legitimate number for Canada Revenue Agency. Have reported it to Canada anti-fraud center.
