Just had a call from this number, stating that it was from Canada Revenue Agency, and that I needed to return this call immediately to avoid legal action.
Received automated call (female voice) stated there was a law suit against me from Ottawa as I owed money! ??????? I immediately hung up. Losers trying to scam!
called leaving message that if I don't respond I will have legal action against me..................lol.............what legal action.....a scam for sure
Have transcribed the message exactly as it was left on answering machine. Automated female voice saying, "Please contact 'unintelligible company' ( I heard it as 'something' brotherly care??) on 613-800-9205. I repeat 613-800-9205. Please be aware that failing to respond will result in legal action. Thank you."
Automated message left on my voice mail. The caller tries to make the company name sound like "...revenue". Obviously a scam. These people should be fined. They are preying on the vulnerable.
