This number has taken to calling me every other day. Seriously. March 3, March 5, and today (March 7). It's becoming a tradition and I will be concerned if they don't call me on March 9. It's an Ottawa number so it very likely is the Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation telemarketing as people have said.
A Daily call - never anyone on the call - I have called the number but it "is not in service". I want to speak to the annoying turkeys that waste my time at least once a day, every day, for the past month or two.
