I received a call from that number also it was shortly followed by a call from (now get this) +110220, which makes no sense unless we are talking about voltage. I did, however, find 613-845-1095 elsewhere and it was listed as a Treasury Scam.
Got a call. No name shown. As usual, googled for that number with the expectation that a name would be shown. Again too optimistic. My rule for phone solicitations: if the caller does not show name and number on my call display, I assume that it is a spam call.

I phoned an 819 area code number at Environment Canada (had a question about regulation / enforcement of mercury fillings, I called the number provided on the EC website). Left a message on an answering machine. Within a minute or two I received a call from 613-845-1095. 613 area code is also associated with Ottawa. I am from the other side of the country. I do not normally receive phone calls from area code 613. The phone number showed up on caller display, with no name associated. I answered the phone immediately, but there was no one there.
