Its "Card Services" with an accent. thats why it sounds like "cod."
This is one of manyy scam outfits that try to help you out for a fee if you have debt balances over a specified amount. They say they will talk to the bank or credit card company and get your interest lowered.
They do this for a fee.
The banks will do it for 0 if you negotiate.
Just google the number and you will come up with some answers

Get many calls from this company it's a scam guys dont pick up.  i wish there was a way i could block some of these numbers

Just received an annoying interruption with a non-call from this number. Answered and it had nothing there.

Got this call 613-702-5828 in Toronto 6:35pm, just ignored it and listed it to be blocked...
