How many times will you allow them to call before you obtain a call blocker?  Google (or your favorite search engine) is your friend.

Called me in London, ON.  Not very easy to understand, but asked me to say YES or NO, which I would not.  Seems fishy to me.

Again no one there when you say Hello repeatly. Robo call

Probably some sale by computer. Since it happens in spite my no call registry it should be enforced. Seems to me that registry does not enforce against the annoing calls.
