Automated message claiming there are legal charges filed against you and demanding you call them back to settle your amiunt owing to the cra. Scam.

Just called saying they were CRA.  told them not to call here as i knew was a total scam   the guy was very ignorant.  I hung up.  Tried calling number back and of course no answer.   SCAM!!!

This is the second time I have received partial messages on the answering machine. Their recorded message plays before the answering machine starts recording.
